Return & Refund Policy


Changed your mind about your purchase? We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at

If your return is accepted, we’ll give instructions on where to send your return.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns must be approved and issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please call 754-202-8599 or email: to be issued an RMA number. 

    • The return shipping, insurance, and tracking number is the responsibility of the buyer. 
    • Any merchandise returned without a RMA or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refused.
    • All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any refunds processed will be applied to the original payment method used in the transaction. 
    • The Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees paid by buyer are NOT included in refund credits issued. 
    • Returns will not be accepted on products that have been altered in any way.
    • Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
    • All returned merchandise must be in its original carton or packaging.
    • Please allow a 1-2 week turnaround time from the date of delivery for your return to be processed.
    • Clearance and Open Box items are FINAL SALE ITEMS. These items are not eligible for a return. 
    • All returns must be shipped within 1-2 weeks of the RMA being issued. Any returns that exceed this time will not be eligible for a refund and the product can be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense. 



All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and process as mentioned above. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective or broken after the 15 day return window?

If you find your bike to have a defective part or broken after the return window, please contact us at to assist with the manufacturer warranty service for your item.  The manufacturer warranty coverage period will vary by brand with most of our bikes covered for 1 year from date of purchase.  See specific product page for details or reach out to us for help.
